Studio Rental:
No charge for qualified members. RCTV-15 members (individual members and representatives of organizational members) who successfully complete the studio production class can be certified to use the RCTV-15 studio at no charge to make non-commercial programs.
A fee is charged for those who need technical assistance with the studio.

Video Editing Lab:
No charge for qualified members. RCTV-15 members who successfully complete the video editing class can be certified to use the RCTV-15 editing lab,with state of the art Apple G5 computers, at no charge to make non-commercial programs.
The following rates apply for individuals/organizations that would like technical assistance from RCTV-15 staff: $50 per hour.
Video Production and Editing:
--Studio Production:
RCTV-15 staff produces a one half hour non-commercial talk show (with opening and closing credits).
Approximately $500. 20% discount for RCTV-15 members.
--Location shoot:
RCTV-15 staff tapes a community event for an individual, a not for profit, or a community based organization
and edits that for cablecast. Priced by hour on request.
--Computer based editing:
$100 per staff hour. Members receive a 20% discount.
Public Service Announcements:
RCTV-15 will create 30 or 60 second public service announcements for non profit, faith-based, and health and educational organizations.
Cost to produce a 30 second PSA in the studio is $200 ($100 for RCTV-15 members).
Cost to produce a PSA on location varies, with a discount provided to members.

There is no charge to air an existing public service announcement.
Community Clip Board:
RCTV-15 staff will create an animated text message to publicize a community event or (noncommercial) service.
Mail a check and fax the flyer to the station at (585) 325-2642; or email the flyer to Rick Osborne at osbornerctv@yahoo.com.
The fee for staff to produce a Community Clip Board message is $15;
the announcement will air approximately ten times.
Media Duplication
Fees:
DVD copies of programs -- $15 per DVD of each program.
Mail a note to RCTV-15, with your name, address, name and date of program, topic or name of guest,
and a check made out to RCTV-15 for $15.
