Make a show for RCTV-15! Any resident of the City of Rochester, any organization with a Rochester street address or any not for profit serving the people of Rochester is welcome to submit a program or a videotaped public service announcement to RCTV-15. RCTV-15 does not charge a fee to air non-commercial programming or public service announcements. Fees for other services may apply.
Become a Member! RCTV-15 members receive discounts on classes, and can become certified to use RCTV-15 equipment and facilities.
