RCTV-15 is continuing our popular project to teach local residents the skills needed to create powerful TV documentaries on issues of concern. RCTV will convene a work-team of talented individuals; members will meet twice a month, on a Tuesday evening. The group will screen successful documentaries and discuss why they work and will then produce one or more documentaries. Team members and RCTV-15 staff will select topics, conduct research, and plan, shoot, edit and promote the documentaries.

Fee: $250 for 16 classes; includes annual membership fee, use of equipment and editing lab.
